It works. It can record each individual battle and you can even do stuff like auto 2 battles to get to the third battle in order to set up battle 3 while keeping the first 2 the same. If you have a set-up going, you only need to press one button. Makes it super easy to get cards. Just need to get an initial set-up going.

Area 1 has some kind of heavy bullshit related to B5 Merlin, sometimes she tanks the impossible, I watched A1 solution on discord posted by another user and he says something about a random chance for it to fail.

The way I setup my comp with T5 Byakuren and that one card, was because Merlin sometimes tanks, not that much, but she still survives with around 100k hp, yesterday the farm never showed any kind of bullshittery, today it failed for at least 5 times cause Merlin decided to tank through everything.

Second area goes fine, it failed on trials but only if Mima grazed before skill usage, Reimu does the tanking here, I still think my damage is probably borderline and I should just add one debuffer or use 3 frontline units and go full stored power, which I should really check, ideally I should either use Ex Sakuya or remove Daiyousei from the third area, but I don't fucking want to go through testing the third area with different units or 3lw spam the shit out of it after 2 full turns with 3 spellcard usages, also I don't have C3 Sakuya at level 100 and most of the comps are including her, should try switching with other units, but again, 4lw are doing their job and I don't have to waste time fumbling with cards

Replay getting fucked is not something that happened with jap. My runs sometimes failed but that was usually due to extreme damage variance with terrible damage rolls. I think that is also why it sometimes fails for the current front. Some random fariy will sometimes just not be on the final HP bar.

Explanation regarding the run:
My units for Area 2 are F1 Reimu, F1 Koishi (both rebirthed and equipped with Barrier Status cards). The only issue was to find a suitable partner (I limited the run to 3 friends everywhere besides area 3. Fuck area 3) who:
1. Does not struggle with freeze spam (we don't like rng, despite F1 Reimu and F1 Koishi full breaking enemies most of the time).
2. Good if holds Moon element to help nuking Reimu during stage 2.
3. Preferably Yang unit for Yang Atk buffs.
4. If possible holding that religious killer in the kit.

I tried different friends (C3 Yuyuko, L80 Yuyuko, B3 Seiran, F1 Marisa, L80 Kasen, F1 Marisa, Mima and C3 Banki to be exact. I do no hold latest units who do have killers and do not have new year cz1 marisa either) and had clears / recorded replays, but something went wrong anyway. I am trying a comp with L80 Patchy at the moment.

I think I figured out why the replay breaks. If your comp is not always clearing that area and gets wiped, you can say goodbye to your replay - your "demotivated" friends use their skills as ordered but not spellcards.

02:18 - 05:36 - I manually record the run for area 2 and save the clear
17:55 - 20:08 - dubreak like a boss and wiped the party afterwards
20:16 till the end - replay gets ruined by the defeat and friends start attacking with wrong spellcards from now on. I recorded 2 clown runs just in case.

Conclusion / TLDR: You need to find out the 100% stable clear for replay to work for you or it gets nuked once party wipes.

Advertised 12 node drop with 600 luck never happened, I'm doing EX stages with 600 luck, I logged my drops, they fucking nerfed them to the ground, 30sp farming DS it's just too fucking expensive and not worth cause RNG related to card variations.

Normal doll packs I think are still priced after epic doll packs, so who fucking cares? My advantage against other, was that I simply had 150 dupes and for certain L1 units I had like 3 dupes at lvl100, in the past year I was picking the units to bring up at lvl100 and discarding others for tokens, nowadays I'm keeping whatever L1 dupe I get.
Also before month and a fucking half event happened, we had at least 2 to 3 events per month, which translated in more paper dolls, back to present we have so mo many fucking dead weeks which translates into less paper dolls, crystals, mats and sp per month.

Gonna be honest: it's a little sad that you guys are not enjoying the game. I know it's a little bit hard due it's a gacha (and all that strange words that explain that behavior: sink cost, etc), but I encourage you to drop it if you're not having fun anymore.
Like, I would lie if I said that I love every aspect of the game (or that I still love it). More than 4 years playing, and I've grown tired of some things.
The coin exchange every 8 hours. Having to stop the farming to check the errands every 1-2 hours. The special errands from 22:00 UTC to 02:00 UTC. The HP sponges of Scarlet Tower. The Eternal Battle and that they still don't add the fricking mock battle. The crumbs of main/hifuu story we get, especially this arc that seems to be endless.
I still enjoy reading the events (a little), Moriya Unmapped it's an interesting game mode, though the rewards are shit; and I quite love the art and alts, except the ones that are a literal recolor (blind Eirin, green Suika. Lazy ass mfs).
I don't think I'll be able to quit, because, being honest, I'm addicted, and I like the previous things I said. I even have a poster I won from a raffle of this game. But I really should taking it a lot easier with all this shit. Do the dailies and leave them farming

What I dislike the most is the complete shift towards high value units. I am still able to clear all content as F2P and I have quite a few top tier units but I always wonder how long it will be until there is something that is just impossible to clear without a whole bunch of new units. I am technically getting fewer and fewer new characters as the game goes on. Not getting a ton of characters wouldn't be strange in most gacha games but this game releases a new character every single week. Another problem it is going to be potential Moon EX Nightmare (randomly shafts yin units), Metal EX Nightmare for which we literally have no metal lineup outside C3 Sakuya saving the day, Wood EX Nightmare possibly we are cool for yang coverage, not so cool for yin. Just some random thoughts for Area 1

If you don't have C5 Hecatia or C3 Banki, as long you don't have both:

Gauge 1 high chances two either 2t it T5 Byakuren by prepping or LW with Byakuren and finish Merlin with Mugetsu spell card, for

Gauge 2 either C5 Hecatia or C3 Banki will do the trick

Last gauge you need a support or a debuffer this way Mugetsu will 100% clear

Also, just some other random thoughts for Area 2 (there will be none for last one)

RE F1 Reimu can nuke either first or 2nd gauge, I'm still using CF1# Reimu spell card just to be sure, it's not needed but you'll never know.

I also managed to complete it without F1 Reimu, I was using different units all yin cause I'm not proud of mismatched lineups, but at the end it's safer with both Bluemus, so, potential replacements for F1 Marisa are Ex Sakuya, Ex Rumia but they both have some RNG issues, probably solved by using crit atk, yin def debuff and yin atk cards or something else, ofc Gengetsu is the primary substitute and Mima sadly has difficulties here cause the anomalies.

I also tried with RE F1 Koishi, it works ish, Shinki can do so Ex Dayo for all yang line up but I didn't properly test the consistency cause I really have enough.

First time I've been able to farm the EB card and I'm drowning in copies. How are you EB farmers deciding which cards to keep?
The way I see it there are cards with good effects and then cards who are only valuable as a stat stick.
Obviously keep any cards with the good effects.
For stat sticks, I was planning on keeping cards that were at least 45+ AGI or 65+ yin ATK. But I' m wondering if sticks that only rolled high on AGI are worth preserving considering it's the offstat of the card.

bad family habit, doing this since 25 years. I even logged on paper the drops from DCUO taken them straight from the ingame log and wiping it off after every alert, duo or raid to see if the devs were sperging bullshit or if something was changed without announcements. dpd prices during anniversary, xmas, half anniversary and also during some random events, were sold for around 20€ to 30€ in 2x and 3x fashion.

It was 2023 I guess, during anniversary I bricked Toyo, Yori, Meiling and Sakuya upon receiving them.

It was the same for epics, maybe 50€ ish for 2x packs, little cheaper for relic disks down to 25€ to 35€ish.

I used my money on them, thanks to that I have all the relics and genics maxed out, only 1 whos not at 100 is MV Flandre cause for this anniversary pack prices were off by a mile.

This is the first time in a long time that I don't leave my old phone farming while sleeping. This is due the current DS stage (Mystia & Gyatte) it's unfarmable to me. How does this interact with moon damage increase effects from story cards? Because as an anon pointed out the Mima/L80 Kaguya/C3∫ Reisen team is sounding like it'll be pretty strong. Especially if you swap C3 Yuyuko in there at some point for her skill 3.

Looking at the luck value of all the characters who I never boosted with mirrors or dolls, Akyuu is apparently the character I randomly rolled the most often with a value of 65. Technically the Yukkuri would be higher since they are also only boosted with dupes but they are special.

Something I noticed 4 years ago, sometimes the game gives you a certain amount of units from a select group of chars more often than others.
It's usually a wave of 3 for some chars, then a wave of 5 sometimes 10 for very few others, in my case my wave of Koakuma and Minamitsu started on December 2021 and ended on February 2022.

Before luck system was added, I had many dupes, for 10 units I had like 3 fully mlb dupes of them, many others just 2 and some 1.
I also cheated with EMA just to sort out some, but never used paper dolls on L1 units.

My luckiest one is Hina, I don't remember having dupes of her, nor using EMA, but I could simply check my lgos and now the ones who are speedrunning to 100 are Enoko, Chiyari and Momoyo.

Slowest ones despite 1x dupes, Keiki and Saki, stuck at 90 and 85 since ever so are Doremy and Kisume

Sexo plan is good support and great damage. Self quick on every skill may be detrimental if you want to damage and not to break enemies with her. I would recommend to pull if you want to pair her with little sis - they gain more if you switch from one to another and Remi breaking ability is not the best (no bonus anoms from spellcards). Probably to go along with the early roll tasks they're experimenting with. Instead of rewarding 5-10 mirrors that can be used on any unit they'll restrict it to the banner unit.
NN has always overvalued Luck Mirrors.

With the overall recent push for monetization I don't know if that suggests the game is doing well enough that they don't care if they bleed players, if things are dire and they're trying to turn it around or if they're squeezing out what they can before announcing EoS.
I assume Good Smile would rather keep the game around for merchandising purposes. Even if the game itself doesn't turn much of a profit it still provides them with more product opportunities.

They should care if player base is dying off, I still remember Phantasma saying on both Discord, Live Stage and also getting asked on the survey about pulling for more dupes after receiving an unit from a banner, most people simply said no, it is acceptable to pull 10 more times if you are on spark zone, but lately I did not, when I got both Ran and Fuuto at the 140th prayer I did not waste 50sc to spark a second copy.

Plus, there is one sus thing happening on my f2p account, as I said on my previous posts, I got the Genics with pennies on the dollar, I also got MV Kasen with a random pull. I pull for new Remilia and got her in 20 pulls, today while I was getting rid of my remaining 200sc I basically got C3 Mystia and C3 Kyouko with 10 pulls. If I have to add insults to the injury the way I also got F1 Marisa, C5 Eiki, C3 Kokoro and I don't remember the others, probably B3 Yatsuhashi and Benben, was also the same.

Move Aya Pass friends to a non-time limited ema. Replace all friends in the Aya Pass with the ema. Those buying the pass get 4 emas from the paid track (plus the one from the free track). Continue to release a new friend into the available ema selection every pass season, I guess.
This allows F2P players to eventually MLB pass friends of their a choice while paypigs get a workable unit immediately. Throw in an extra ema into the paid track so paypigs can either work towards making up for a missed friend or save for a future one. It would mean they had bought the pass five times at minimum; throw 'em a bone.
