That's actually very interesting and I've noticed that with a few 2hus. The Hifuus, for instance, have the same kind of characterization that at may seem inconsistent(both are, at various times, melancholic, jovial, sarcastic, annoyed, etc.), but no one complains about that. It's obviously more pronounced with Marisa because she is a protagonist and we see more of her.
I think it has to do with how the characterization is done. On the surface, Marisa has a sort of "main" stereotypical personality that someone just finding out about her can associate with her, and a more complex personality that you can find by reading between the lines and looking more deeply into her. So Marisa can be a one-note character when she has to, and more complex at other times. Meanwhile, other characters just seem to have DID, which creates multiple competing stereotypical personalities.
