I want to say Satori by virtue of everyone hating her, but she has her pets who are pretty much people.
Maybe Kogasa? I don't know how much interaction she gets from her blacksmithing job. Hina would be a good pick too, nobody wants to interact with a misfortune god. I don't think Alice fits the bill though, she does interact quite a lot with Marisa and others, which isn't a lot, but enough to not put her at the very bottom of the genso-loner hierarchy at least.

I reckon that there are some smart enough to realize that she takes misfortune away, not the other way around. I'd hope that she at least gets some greetings from the tengu and kappa around.

I never got the idea that she was close with anyone, even Marisa. Came off to me more like she just finds it convenient to go along with Marisa to get what she wants whenever the opportunity comes up. Though I haven't read the mangas much so maybe they've been depicted casually hanging out together more than I think.

I'd say Parsee. There are plenty of solitary characters but they don't seem to really mind it, and might have chosen the life themselves. Parsee on the other hand strikes me as someone who wouldn't be able to tolerate being friendless. Just the mere idea that someone out there has friends and she doesn't would be cause for seethe.

yeah, it's Parsee. not only would she be lonely by default, but her caustic personality, made worse by loneliness and rejection, would ensure that no one would even approach her out of pity, entrenching her position.
