I was going to say Chanta's Ran (before twitter broke his spirit). I can't fuck with the canon portrayals of Touhou characters. I've hardwired my brain from the start to never lewd their official depictions. I'm not particularly fond of those kind of non-H doujins where the characters are pretty much in the modern world either (with some exceptions like say Pageratta's stuff because they're gag 4koma). Also in terms of characterization stuff like that Kogasa 4koma where it's basically the artist's blog is just awful.

However Diisuke's Eirin stuff isn't "that" too far off? Nothing stands out as being "modern world" nor "too" out of character besides the pool one. After all it IS a hentai portrayal, not canon. There are much worse examples even by Circle Eden themselves.

It is not just bright colors, its character's personalities, some tropes, scenarios, types of art and styles. I have been diagnosed with the Autistic spectrum, on a more tame and low one that is not hard to manage and many people don't notice.
