You might be able to do it with a language that uses the same alphabet as English but there's no chance with something like Japanese unless you are doing it on top of conventional methods of learning.

You need to actually learn Japanese enough through textbook/online tool/whatever before listening/reading Japanese will actually be helpful. There are a billion resources these days that are derived from textbooks, and a billion youtube channels that teach the same lessons over and over again.
You don't need to ask what the best one is you just need to start.
