It's her monstrous reputation that drew me to her in the first place. There is something relatable about someone who is that powerful and feared but mainly just uses that reputation to get people to leave her in peace, only interacting with them on her own terms, and if they insist upon it then she mercilessly crushes them and reminds them what that reputation was about. If I had that kind of power I would use it for the same thing.
I also like how despite being generally polite in her interactions with humans, they can still feel that her vibe is off , like their subconscious is trying to tell them that they are in danger even if they don't know who she is. It's that famous contrast that she is known for, though in my own perception of her I wouldn't call it gap moe, mostly because I don't consider Yuuka to be cute. Beautiful, but not cute if that makes sense. Cute in my opinion is a different vibe entirely, but I digress.
