Somebody with stencils and some rattle cans? I'm not sure what you're asking. They're not a factory made product if that's your question.
Why not ask the seller?

Looking closer, it might be hydrawrapped or something similar. The shape of that specific grip is off somehow, so it might be a factory made product, but not a military one.
More like Centerfire selling these, that they made in house from worst Korean mags.

Iโ€™m on the fence about getting a WBP 5.56 as my first entry into AKs, but I keep seeing people having accuracy issues with them even after theyโ€™ve been (supposedly) resolved. 5.56 because I already have the ammo for it and donโ€™t want to get into another caliber. WBP because Iโ€™m actually in Poland at the moment and want a Polish AK as a souvenir. Iโ€™m not much of a traveler but it would be neat to have a firearm from every country I visit as a collection. I know Berylโ€™s are probably the way to go but theyโ€™re a known quantity now and would prefer something I can cater to my own preferences and not have to worry about the value. But with WBP I worry about having a functionally accurate rifle and replacing the barrel either immediately or when it wears out. What do?

Itโ€™s more expensive to replace an ak barrel than say an ar barrel. Youโ€™re probably better off with the beryl as the wpb 556 barrel is nitrided non-chf 4150 steel, not the worst but hardly the best, if you plan to shoot it a lot youโ€™ll end up replacing the barrel sooner.
If youโ€™re not stuck on polish then I would suggest an m90, cheaper and better barrel.
Lastly value shouldnโ€™t be a factor, unless itโ€™s no longer in production or imported then itโ€™s like a car , once you own it itโ€™s used.

Stay away from the PSO/POSP style optics unless you are tying to clone. The currently available models from belomo are of low quality and the military grade ones are expensive and or old. Makes much more sense to get a modern optic if you intend to use it seriously.

I think that's EveryGunPart. If so, nothing is legally considered a gun there, all demilled. They put "NFA" in the title of parts kits that would be a gun requiring a stamp if they were put back in the configuration they were before they were demilled. So think mostly buyback or evidence long guns, like old break action single/double shotguns with barrels chopped under 18", AR parts kits with uppers under 16", old 22s that someone chopped the stock off and cut the barrel under 16, etc. My assumption is the barrel is over 16" but it includes the trigger group, so it would fit in their category of "NFA" because without altering the parts included, restoring it as-is would create a machinegun. Sorta silly categorization but once you get used to it, it makes some sense.

I want a vepr12, but theyre so expensive ;_;
I've learned my lesson now that I should buy the cool stuff when they are available because they always disappear whether by import restrictions, model discontinuation, manufacturer shuttering, or legislation.

There's zero way that parts kit should be worth 25k. The anon that said it wasn't properly demilled is correct, single saw cuts aren't enough anymore. However that rifle wouldn't be worth 25k either. It made me think of something though but it's not the most likely reason so...take it as it is.
With that price and including NFA in the title, maybe the rifle is a transferable that could be re-welded and be rebuilt as a legally select-fire rifle. The 25k price tag suddenly makes a lot more sense since the rifle isn't fully demilled.
I've read that this situation came up more often in the past with Chinese receivers but I can't corroborate that.

I haven't ever tried to shoot for accuracy honestly. I don't really shoot it much because good .308 isn't cheap and bad .308 also isn't cheap and also sucks.
I've read about the big boolet AKs being inaccurate but the only specific instances are the 54r Veprs with 24" barrels shooting something ridiculous like 6-8 MOA. Shame too because those arguably are the coolest ones.

Its good guide but I really suggest grinding down the welds with pic rel instead of a dremel. You'll get a much nicer finish that way. The contact surface of a dremel sanding wheel is too small so you'll get an uneven finish grind. 1-2 inch abrasive pads work awesome for this. Its 30 bucks at harbor freight and makes the final result so much better.

LGS has picrel for $580 bucks. I know Pioneer stuff has a pretty bad reputation, but from what I've seen and heard the forged AK's they made are alright.
LGS also has a new PSA GF3 for 650 which is the same price as on the website that I was originally planning on getting.
Are both still too shitty to be worth buying?
I go to the range like 6 times a year so I really just want something to put shit on and look at occasionally.
I could really care about how well my rifle shoots at like 2000 rounds cause it'll take me 6 years to get to that point.

Youtube isn't a reflection of real life.
Nobody cares about FRTs, other than the legalities behind it. It's fun to mag dump but it gets expensive a lot quicker when your ammo isn't sponsored.
So you're either waiting forever on something that almost nobody cares about, or buying an already imported overpriced meme caliber RPK.

Thanks. I actually just now realized that the mounts are interchangeable between PSOP and the Belomo side mount which I already have. I need more eye relief for my M77-not-dragunov project so I'll swap the mounts and then mill a slot so it stops further like in this video.

So you're trying to put this on an M77? Don't all yugos have the M21 side rail?
I'm guess I'm not understanding what you're expecting a different lower mount to achieve.
I'm not even sure an AKM mount would work at all, because the stop pin would be in the wrong end, no?

The M77 side mount is SVD but its too far back to comfortably use traditional combloc optics. I mispoke when I said AKM. I meant AKM universal. These don't have a pin but instead stop at using a flat spot on the rear. By modifying a universal AKM side rail I'd get the mount to sit about 1.5 inches further forward. I was hoping to cut a relief in the rear stop so it would stop on the lower guide protrusion of the Yugo mount. Normally it would stop on the red section but if I cut a relief it would slide forward until it stops at the green position. The upper rail would pass through the slot I mill out. Unfortunately the universal Belomo mount doesn't have a continuous top clamp section so it would be loose if too far forward. I'll have to find a different mount to modify.

I've also considered grinding the stopper pin of a regular mount and then drill/tapping a series of holes in order to use a set screw instead. That way I can just swap the set screw around depending on the rifle. If I'm not mistaken there are a few military scopes that did that.

yea it is, it's fantastic, I'll never sell it. Similar to the Jack in round count at 1000 with no stoppages and no wear or peening at all. A must get is to swap the rear 2-position rear sight into this 2-position. It's so much better and makes night and day difference in fun shooting it. Flips between traditional krink v-notch and peep. M85 comes with a two dot white rear flip up and the other position is long range two dot. Maybe some people like that more but I don't. Works perfect with bulgarian 5.56 mags, AC unity, WBP and Beryl translucent polymers, Zastava steel, AK74 plums and bakelites with 5.56 followers, and steel 40 round 5.56 paki mags. I got a few different color wood handguards for it.

Kalashnikov to Start Production of Upgraded 7.62mm AK-308 Assault Rifle After Qualification Tests

Specialists from the Design and Technology Center (DTC) of Kalashnikov Concern JSC have improved the 7.62mm AK-308 assault rifle of the 2018 model. Production of the upgraded AK-308 of the 2025 model will begin after the product passes qualification tests.

Initially, the AK-308 was developed on the basis of the AK-12 of the 2018 model for delivery to countries whose armies use the 7.62x51 NATO (.308 Win) cartridge as the main ammunition for infantry small arms. However, when the AK-12 was used in a special operation, significant changes were made to its design. Therefore, on an initiative basis, the employees of the Kalashnikov DTC unified the designs of circuit solutions in the AK-308.

I wouldn't worry about it if all you want to mount is a red dot. I just measured my AK and VZ-58. The VZ-58 is 1.128 at that section and the AK is 1.360 so about 0.2 inches of difference. It will be offset to the left by about half that. Me personally? I wouldn't really give a shit unless I had a really nice magnified optic or something. Some older mounts are offset by default.

I'm not racist but I hate niggers. You don't have to be black to be a nigger either, plenty of white niggers out there. Being black doesn't automatically make you a nigger. Doing nigger activities makes you one.
To the jannies that inevitably get bent out of shape for this post, it's not racist. It's not hating somebody for an immutable trait...unless you yourself are racist and imply that behavior is directly correlated with race.

mine fills that bakelite/plum furniture urge without breaking the bank, my beaver barf set straight up just has this same purple color tone and i love it
then theres the weight, which after handling my vz58 is immediately noticeable any time i pick up an ak
and the accuracy, they shoot like 2 moa, making 7.62x39 perform a lot better than the ak can
finally theres the fire rate, which when a FRT gets made for it (if ever) it'll be a fucking beast of a gun

I ran into the same thing with my 90s Russian POSP/PSO and my WASR. Luckily it does fit and function but looks a tad silly and I'm sure there's a better fitting mount as it sits a bit far back IMO. No one has shit in stock so you're basically SOL.

Yeah swapping mount clamps is your best bet, especially if you can find something not questionable and Chinese to source the mount from.

Tantals use different upper handguards than AKMs. You can get an adapter. I believe the Beryl adapter also works.

Bonesteel LH folder or OG Beryl RH side folder for my Beryl? Part of me knows the OG would be cooler, but I am afraid I would have to replace the safety because of the shelf they added to them. Plus would add more cost onto the already more pricey option. Pic related is what I am talking about in terms of clearance.
