Apparently getting much better, now that they disposed of the older stocks there have been no more complaints. According to Ukraine the missiles quality and accuracy has seen vast improvement as well.

Basically they needed to get rid of the old junk and gain some actual experience using them to fine tune things.

Also it is funny but Russia is starting to rely on them for capabilities that Russia itself lacks, the Bulsae launchers in particular are something i've read Ukraine mentioning. They seem to be getting used in a way similar to ground launched Brimstone missiles which is something Russia severely lacks.
