Israel is asking for bunker buster bombs from the US. It seems Iran's Qom mountain enrichment facility is too deep for other bombs. The problem is Israel doesn't have a jet that can carry it..

The F-15 can already carry the GBU-72, which is a bunker buster that was specifically made to be able to strike equivalent targets to the GBU-57, but in a package that can be carried by tactical jets. Israel requested that bomb back in '22 when it first entered service, but IDK if it was accepted

GBU 72 is 1/6th the size of the MOP. While a C-130 could theoretically work it also sounds like a Tom Clancy'esque pipedream. And if the US is going to give up a MOP they'd probably just prefer to do it themselves the right way.

The point isn't that there's a 1 to 1 equivalance, just that it can hit the same targets. Maybe it requires 2 GBU-72s to achieve the effect of a single GBU-57, IDK. But it can be done. Plus GBU-72 is a generation ahead, GBU-57 only has a regular delayed fuze while the GBU-72 has a void-sensing fuze that can sense when the bomb enters the actual bunker to explode inside.
