Is the US Army ready to protect the freel world from Russia, China and Iran?
>>63841358 (OP)The US doesn't need to intervene to stop some shit military like Russia or Iran, some tiny nations a quarter of their size is already doing that.
>>63841358 (OP)china is actually disciplined
>>63841459Russia literally took 200,000km2 of your land and you can't get it back lol
Iran is bombing Israel as we speak lol

They lose this skills after boot camp.
>>63841358 (OP)Well, Russia and Iran have both been proven to be complete jokes. China is the only one that can be a threat but we'll see. Maybe they'll try to invade Taiwan, embarrass themselves and we'll have a good laugh.
>>63841490>>63841511Man... I hope you get better over there. in your... hole, country, whatever.
>>63841542That's the 82nd airborne.

>>63841511That 12 year old doge meme and the picture of Putin as a monkey really did a number on you guys, huh
Did OP just discover that US soldiers don't goosestep and that 97% don't give a shit about drill theatrics outside of when they're boots?
The type of people to really invest in having quality marching in the US are almost exclusively honor guard. But even still, US marching style is too casual to look good if you think good marching = goosestepping in complete sync. Most of the stuff you do in the military is *not* marching, there's no incentive to make it look ultra pristine when we don't do parades often, we don't force drill all the time, and it doesn't really accomplish anything other than looking a bit cool (which is again, the point of flag and honor guard positions)
Iran can't even fight in its own airspace anymore
It's not the 18th century anymore, grandpa; you won't get swarmed by enemy cavalry if you're not keeping a tightly cohesive formation on the move.
>>63841624And Israel is getting pounded by Iranian missiles everynight despite having US THAAD and SM-3s covering their asses
>>63841542Lies.
Normally, during "pass in review" there is a drum to keep soldiers in step. Here, there was so much period music that a drum would be useless, hence why everyone seemed to march out of step.
>>63841698that's the new rifle of the army? It's huge.
>>63841358 (OP)Why hold a fucking parade in the first place if you're just going to embarrass yourself? These fuckers might be good at what they do and only bad at ceremony but then why the fuck put all that effort in a parade just to make an ass of yourself?
>>63841739the people wanting a parade and the people doing the parade are not the same
>>63841747Isn't it an honor for the average grunt to parade in DC?
