As I understand it the bottleneck for them is the degree of enrichment, not the amount of fuel. Uranium needs to be very enriched to become unstable enough to be a weapon, upwards of 90% U-235. Iran probably has a few hundred kilograms of fuel-grade uranium, 60-70% enriched. It's kept deep underground along with significant number of their centrifuges, far out of the reach of conventional weapons other than massive bunker busters from a strategic bomber or a direct commando raid. Can someone explain how these missiles even work in practice.

So far it looks like almost all the damage was purely from kinetic energy. Essentially a big ass missile drops down and only does very localized damage to neighboring building facades and that's it.
Do these missiles not have any kind of explosive yield in them? You'd think that something that large lobbed over that distance will level a city block or something but the damage seems fairly contained each time.
