Black people aren't incapable, they just don't most of the time for various reasons.
Despite the prevalence of sports in African American culture, the vast majority of people focus exclusively on Football, Basketball, and MAYBE Boxing due largely to their entertainment value and pay-out potential for athletes at the professional level.
Compare that to wrestling, which isn't really televised outside of the Olympics, isn't known for the amount of money competitors make and looks like two grown men rubbing and tugging on each other to the uninitiated, it's not hard to see why it doesn't have much mindshare with Black people.
Beyond it falling to the wayside culturally, most people don't do any type of martial arts training or have any real experience fighting to begin with. That's relevant because even basic wrestling isn't really intuitive, at least to those unfamiliar with it. If you don't know how to fight in general, you DEFINITELY don't know how to wrestle.
