They are fighting on a catwalk outside some windowed office and Jackie's character backhands someone through a window. The main issue is, the windows are way above waist height, like not shoulder height, but too high to fall into. It's one of those modern fight scenes where nothing has any weight or tension. Where every fight is some capeshit power fantasy about the invincible hero fighting unresisting/weak opponents with minimal injuries, like it's a Steven Seagal movie.
