Zoomers are never professional, but usually competent. They cry at the slightest provocation or criticism, it's usually easier to just fix their mistakes ourselves. It's impossible to get them to do anything outside the minimum of their duties though, they never understand why they don't get promoted.
Boomers are never competent because they never learned anything new, and cannot stop abusing their power to force social interaction. Super sensitive to criticism, like screaming and throwing things.
GenX, we call them Xoomers. Imagine boomers who are generally competent, but act exactly like boomers in every other way. Constant fighting and arguing. they just CANNOT accept when they are wrong or not in charge.
I worked in offices with ONLY millennials, it was heavenly. everyone was competent, or asked for help. and they got help instead of jeering. there were no fights, no screaming, no crying.
