Whatever you use is just a wrapper for all the same shit. I've encoded thousands of webms for this board this way, with most being quality-maxed given the abysmal size limit. I type encode and everything is handled. It just werks. If I need a whole thread of webms, I just type encode-batch and everything is handled. My webms are widely reposted.

The problem with helicopter footage is fundamental to the size constraint and the limitations of encoders. Rotors always look like ass at low filesize in vp9. There's nothing to be done about it.
