They can just keep blowing up all their military assets. Iran needs those because it is only 59% Persian and a lot of minorities want out. So, if the regime loses enough hardware, they face a serious problem. Also, Israel could act as the airforce for those groups if they wanted to make a move.
They could also destroy more oil infrastructure and try to bait Iran into the king retard move of getting back at Israel by closing the Straits, which would essentially be an overt act of war against all their most powerful Gulf neighbors.
Don't forget, Iran has also been fighting with the Taliban and bombed by Pakistan in the last year or two. They have started shit with the entire region, including in Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon. So, they could easily be baited into suicide by cop.
Honestly, the fact that Iran's go to move to escalate if losing is to declare war on everyone around them shows they shouldn't have nukes..
