OP didn't say that. In terms of how many MOPs produced, there is only 20. Pointing out Desert Storm (which wasn't purely American air power, btw) isn't a GOTCHA. Since they didn't drop MOPs nor did the OP claim they are out of all bombs, missiles, rockets etc.
