And besides, in modern peer warfare what the infantryman rifle is just isn't that important. Originally that's what pretty much any "how to do shit handbook" was called in USSR and post-USSR. So could be handbook for university students (of staff for that matter), could be for bureaucrats, could be for "political commissars" (basically special propaganda officers in the army), could be for pretty much anyone, basically he's a short form condensed knowledge on how to do shit which you'll need in your work. So the term was neutral initially.
However, the same shit was then used for propagandists in russia, so the term got more and more colored as time went by. Initially TV and "old media" faggots had propaganda handbook prepared for them every week about how to cover specific topics, what to ignore, what to specifically highlight, what to paint in good light and how, which talking points to use and so on and so forth. Then after 2008 internet and external propaganda in russia rapidly became an important point (after 2008 war in Georgia), for international shit RT was actively built out, for internet other crap was done, but internet was very wide, old methods didn't work, so in grew in many ways and paid commentator outfits became a norm and those retards that were working on them had to be trained and tuned correctly and constantly, so they also started doing special reports/handbooks on how and what should be pushed online. Some of those metodichkas were very easy to notice, since the talking points appeared rapidly from out of nowhere and were very uniform and not organic. Later that evolved. But yeah, some of those metodichkas even got leaked a couple times. The current war isn't clear evidence the AFVs used by Russia/Ukraine are shit. I don't think we've seen an actual combined arms assault. Its mostly just sending 2 tanks or IFVs towards the front and hoping for the best. If anything, this war is evidence that Russian/Ukrainian training and doctrine (If they even have one let alone adhering to it) are awful. I will give a pass to some instances as drones are a new and developing aspect of modern warfare.

Clear and overwhelmingly evidence with none to the contrary, maybe not, but this war does offer evidence towards that conclusion.
T-series tanks have been proven to be consistently vulnerable to most Soviet and Western anti-tank systems. The fact that crew survival is unlikely in case of vehicle destruction is a huge black mark.
Russian AFVs (and MT-LBs) have demonstrated their severely lacking survivability characteristics.
More than anything, this war is putting the Soviet maxim of "Quantity has a quality of its own" to the test. It remains to be seen if it fails, but it sure as shit ain't getting an A+.

It would be interesting to see if theres stats on where most of the T-Tanks have been hit by AT. I wouldn't be surprised if it indicates a lack of situational awareness.
