More drones, more fighters, more mines and generally speaking better equipped but similarly sized forces. The biggest obstacle for European militaries in general isn't whether or not they can dump money into hardware but personnel. Countries that border Russia can do conscription with relative ease but places like Germany or France have extreme issues with getting their military into the numbers they'd need.

Best case scenario when all Eropean NATO memebers (aside from Spain, thanks you ultraleft cucks) actually put 5% GDP into military spending and use them in a reasonable way, it will unironically rival US and China.
5% of 24 000 billion US$ means a bit more spending than US does and about a three times more than PRC does, not even talking about Russia.
Of course there's going to be some inefficiency and overlaps since it's still a collection of small militaries rather than one coherent force but the sheer amount of money is astononishing.
But I'm realistic in my expectations so I hope we will just get our armed forces in shape after decades of neglect.
