What’s your favourite gun?

3 way tie between my Glock 17, SAR-1, and VZ24. I’ve shot these guns a ton so I’m very familiar with them.

My Heritage Rough Rider with the 6.5" barrel. Bought it for a range toy, but the thing's a tack driver for a .22 handgun. Took it to a VFW range day and everyone had so much fun taking a round with it. We even got into a little competition where we were trying to hit a 10" metal plate at 50 yards. I won, but I also practice with it the most.

Haven’t gotten there yet. My uncle gifted me a few pieces of his collection, including the rifle and a large ammo can of .30 carbine. Bucket isn’t empty yet but it’s getting low. Though I’ve seen boxes at my local outdoor store for not too crazy expensive.

30 carbine isn't hard to find at all, I've just been getting it at my local farm store whenever I wanna shoot my buddies carbine. I'm paying $38 for a box of 50, but I'm sure you can get better pricing online

The StG44 is one of my dream rifles as well. DK production group is making authentic replicas now though it's similar to the SMG FG42 where you put down a deposit, get on a list and wait for the next batch to be made. A BD44 will cost you $6k but it's your only option for a new made, StG44 reproduction. If I wasn't in a ban state, I would've put the money down for one already.

Used to have two. They’re actually pretty nice. Rather heavy for the size and quite snappy, but that’s about par for the course. Definitely shot better than my Makarov.

You guys have to promise not to bully me but I really like the Q boombox. Wouldn’t say it’s my favorite thing ever but I really like it. I’d own one if Cali ever lifted SBR restrictions. The idea of a very energetic short action “PDW” chambered in an SBR cartridge makes me grow tumescent. It’s also very aesthetic. Picrel.

8.6 has the potential to be a resurgence of the CETME cartridge, btw. The Ogive space and overbore ratio are just right. Someone really needs to make ultralight VLDs for it.

No, the black=bad law is not a universal one. For example: Black bears are honorary Aryan Ursids, while Polar bears are niggers (we established this in the bear thread 2 weeks ago).
