they are leading it, the camera is just automatically panning to track the drone. ive seen 2 kokhav drones, 1 eitan drone and 1 nitotz drone shot down.

theyre good at aiming there is inherent imprecision in the munition and firing mechanism thats why they have a very limited range and can only statistically hit low/slow/close targets.

this is why the israeli anti air has lasers which do a lot less damage but are very precise and hit instantly
