So you'd expect them to around a standard deviation above the rest of the population.
I could post a dozen of these but, you'll notice that every year: American Whites, American Asians(expat population as detailed above), Marjor Urban Centers in Asia, Japan, Worst Korea, ect; all leapfrog one another. The IQ data of those same regions and races cluster around 104-106. Yet a national representative survey of Chinese second and third tier cities, or the working class of first tier cities let alone the countryside doesn't exist past 2008, when China forbade the collection of the data. India also forbade unsupervised collection of data and thus when some internal documentation came out this year I and many others have revised our assessments of their mean national IQ down from 82 to 68.
This is speculative because the faggots refuse to give us the data but prior to 2008 China clusted with Vietnam on the PISA. Thus the mean iq of China is likely bet around 92 which is what Vietnam consistently reports, though like China they mostly same urban areas. In Vietnam's case it may be more a matter more of practicality then face however.
