it's a shitty concept when they talk about "disguising" it, as that's one step away from a war crime if you fire it on the enemy and there's no identifying marking say it's a military vessel.

it's a great concept when you use militarized bulk carriers in military livery to create an arsenal ship. this can free up vls cells for anti-air missiles in escorts or gives you long-range surface attack if your navy is lacking in it.
