Why doesn't DPRK sent it's HIMARS to Russia. I mean Russia is a country full of sub 90 iq subhumans but this would be game changing weapon considering it has 300km range far out ranges HIMARS.

Why are you surprised? That's the quintessential soviet way: go for style over substance, things should look right, nobody cares if they actually work.

Modular? you mean pod?
>The 6×6 launcher truck features armored louvers to protect the windshield from rocket blasts, and the eight launch tubes are contained in two pods of four rockets, decreasing reload time as pods can be preloaded with missiles and swapped out faster than reloading individual tubes.
There're plenty examples of round pods.
Soviets had a lot of "clustered tubes" working as a pod for their SAMs, only the army kept the retarded grad and similar systems, probably because they thought it's a feature being able to shot individual missiles with a tripod and 9v battery.

The 155 L52/L58 matches its range unguided shells, the guided Excalibur and Vulcano can snipe a Koksan from 10km beyond its max range**.
>** last time I checked the report of the longest range attack was useless because Iran used the Faw peninsula and even with <40km of range was enough to attack sabriyah oil fields
