both are easy if you aren't retarded. They function nearly identically and the install involves the same parts. All the specific lower receiver, buffer weight and buffer spring requirements are the same for both. Both involve removing & replacing the existing trigger, hammer & safety.
FRT cassette triggers as an individual unit are more complex and use non-milspec parts though. Super safeties are simpler needing only a cut milspec trigger (or most other AR triggers of likewise cut), different safety detent, super safety and lever.

After testing both the shield s15 and psa micro dagger magazines extensively, I went back to the factory plastic magazine catch and kept the psa dagger micro mags. The OEM glock mag is king however I haven't had a single issue with the dagger micro mags. The s15 mags would ftf every once in a while.

One thing I have read but have not experienced with the micro dagger mags is sometimes they have some plastic flashing on the inside left over from the molding process you need to remove if it gives you trouble. It can cause the follower to hang up. None of my 4 mags have had this however.
