For hulls I got a big bag of primed 28 gauge chedite hulls from them, but you could also buy 2 boxes of 28 gauge shells at a gunstore for under 50$, shoot them and keep reloading the empties.

For wads you'll need 3 kinds: Nitro card, Felt Wad, Overshot Card.

Use the Maxi Nitro Card .125 in 28g size for plastic hulls, or in 24g size if you use brass hulls. This gets placed overtop the powder.

Use the Felt Wad 20g size for either type of hull. Goes in between the Nitro Card and the shot/slug.

Use the 28g size for plastic hulls and the 24g size for brass hulls.

As far as I understand what makes the "French Tickler" SKS so desired is that they were all unissued military surplus. They were the last military SKS that were made before chang switched to the T81. Because of that they are pretty much all in unissued condition.
I think they were all made at Factory 26 too which is supposed to be the good one. I prefer the look of a wood handguard compared to the weird plastic one, but its a sign that the rest of the rifle is mint.
