Hypothetically speaking, what's the worst that could happen to a person who gets a Form 1 approved for an SBR, but doesn't ingrave their firearm? Also, where are the least intrusive places to engrave? Can you engrave the barrel under the handguard?

cause pistols were in the original draft of the NFA. the SBR/SBS thing is there to keep people from making rifles into something that is functionally a pistol. obviously pistoles didnt end up in the NFA and it looks even more rerated ~90 years later when you can have a brace and complete upper shipped to your door.
