Turkey has an actual MIC which makes their own military-grade parts. The advanced electronics are still coming from the West but they can make most of the rest of parts in an actual industrial pipeline with top-level design and engineering talent available. I would buy a Turkish ballistic missile over an Iranian one sight unseen because the Turkish MIC is real I can expect to receive service for any problems.
