Following a narrow loss to /cm/ in game 1, we are left with little room for error for our final two games. We now face up against /sp/, the presumed front runner of the group. They are a well-organized team, with one of the most agressive frontlines command has ever seen, and they have had a week to prepare for us.
Yet, /k/ has done remarkable things in dire situations. We will abandon neither our honor nor our hope in the face of peril.

The good news is that we're going to be alive on final day, but from here the math gets very precarious. /c/-/cm/ is up next, and the best result for us is probably the 4th consecutive draw of the day. After that, we have /c/ on Sunday, so maybe we can keep the thread around until then.

Fate throws us a bone. We will still need to defeat /c/ on Sunday to avoid relegation, but there are caveats to that. If /cm/ and /sp/ tie in their game, they will both be on 5 points and bypass us, but that will be on a different day on a different rigger's machine, so that's not as inevitable as it sounds right now.
Assuming that we pass both those hurdles, we will then have to resort to math autism to decide between us and the loser of /cm/-/sp/, which largely boils down to "the bigger the blowout, the better".

The game 3 math is out, for those who want it.

Still have to deal with their refs, but a lot of managers felt a hell of a weight off their shoulders yesterday. And with this being the last cup on PES 17 until we cycle back to it eventually, the reign of terror may finally be at an end.

I think my rigbux are on /pw/, there's a notable pattern of the team that had a player die winning. As much as I'm loath to have them win anything while they retain the fraud star, /sp/ knows what the fuck they're doing and it may finally be coming home this time.
