You can stick the standard RGD fuse into a lot of things. I've seen it stuck in a VOG. Looks sleek and tacticool and easier to EDC.

Here's a tank mine for drone drops rigged with a standard mechanical fuse mostly intended for sapper work.

This is an old-world cellar in a small village. (probably) I've only been to one, but it was dug into solid earth that has had decades to settle. Not a Mcmansion with white pine board built on top of a concrete box we call a "basement" state-side. It will absorb any and all fragmentation coming out or trying to get in, but is generally used to overwinter potatoes and beetroots at constant temperature.

To be fair to the slavs, "chuck a big fucking bomb at them and run away" has been a tactic for as long as big fucking bombs have been a thing. Give grunts some access to explosives for door breaching/demolitions/whatever and no matter what your books say to do, the odds of someone hucking a bundle of it through a window and running like a madman approaches 1 as the frequency of close quarters combat increases.

Also I don't think a 120mm mortar grenade is that unreasonable if you're expecting to clear out bunkers, trenches, and rat holes. HE is a motherfucker but not so much when you're on the outside of the trench/bunker with a good few meters of dirt diverting the blast away from you. It looks like the building the guy ran behind didn't even move despite the big boom. I still wouldn't volunteer to throw it, mind you.

You remove the fuse, then you remove the steel cup that sits on the ring between the fuse neck and the main body of the shell. Underneath this cup is a tablet of smokeless power - remove that one too. Afterthe previous stages are complete you take a stick of industrial grade TATP and smash it into the neck untill you fill it all the way up to the neck ring. Once that is complete, take a can of AF14 hand-greande fuzes, remove the plastic cap covering the fuse and shove it into the TATP. Finally take a roll of electrician tape and rap it around the neck.
