For German Leopards yes but that's why Poland is bulk ordering Worst Korean tanks to fill in any gaps. Are they as good? Nah its because Poland got pissy because the Germans said that Polish factories weren't equipped to handling massive overhauls and modernizations of their Leopard fleet and most of the work had to be done in Germany. Poland then rushed over to the Koreans and the Koreans offered full production rights and all the bells and whistles only to be told that Polish factories are shit and unable to do most of the domestic production. Just compare the original concept for the K2PL to the most recent renders. Left was a brand new 7 road wheel variant with a fuck ton of addon armor including the sides of the hull, a bunch of extra roof armor, domestic Korean APS that was supposed to be waaay better than Trophy. All that was promised with full domestic Polish production and full sales rights to the design in Europe. Now they are getting what is basically a standard K2 with Trophy, about half the add on turret armor, and no add on side armor with most of the production still happening in Korea. This has also jeopardized any Romanian deal as like 90% of the selling point of that deal was that Poland would act as a regional parts and repair hub for all European K2s with their fancy factories, but that has shit the bed.

To be fair Ukraine as a buffer state is far more important to all of Europe, more than some ultimately irrelevant post Soviet Rump state in the Caucuses/Central Asia. European NATO spending was hilariously below the thresholds explicitly outlined by the treaty to the point where some of Europe's economically largest nations were practically defenseless (Germany for example being one of the worst offenders).
