Could you run wadcutters in a 92/96? The top round of a mag sits almost in line with the barrel and only has to clear a minimal ramp

handloading's pretty easy as long as you fallow the manuals, also Lee Precision is pretty good for the price.

The 92/96 directly loads rounds into the chamber, it shouldn’t hit the “feed ramp” on the frame ever. So yes. It should depending on the shape, you may have to use semiwad cutters.

Personally I just shoot Winchester Service Grade which is a 115 gr flat nose FMJ going 1300 fps. It make nice round holes in paper.
