No. Not even close.
There has been a lot of advancement in military tech allowing for longer range engagement, armor penetration and precision since WW2. The equipment that the Wehrmacht had at the time is just so obsolete today that it would be a liability on the battlefield. Their logistics were too weak to supply what they had even at that time, so an attack would have too little weight behind it.
If somehow these people and their equipment got teleported to 2025 and simply Zergrushed Russian positions they would make some incursions through sheer mass but it is hard to say that they would truly break the line. Backed by Ukranians with modern weapons the most they could possibly achieve would be to kick Russia out of Ukraine. Attacking across Russia's western borders with Finland and the Baltic countries it is hard to say because nobody knows exactly how many military reserves Russia is keeping on its flanks (certainly weaker than it was 4-5 years ago), but it would be a real meat grinder anyway. even understaffed and with compromised or 3rd rate equipment the Russian military would be able to put up a formidable defense unless morale collapses, but that's a different story.
Oh yeah also nuclear and chemical weapons are a factor. If an incursion like that actually threatens St. Petersburg or Moscow they would use nukes. Panzers, Stukas and horse-drawn supply wagons can't deal with a MIRV.
