If I have my Desert Eagle with me, I just kill a guard and take his Glock 17 and spare magazines.
Not too fucked.

Stainless steel Remington 700 in 7mm STW with left-hand right-bolt Boyd's lamimated stock stored in a Pelican 1750 case that can double as a floatation device. What will fuck me is ammo availability. But that baby can pierce 1/4" AR500 at 100 yards with hunting ammo.

I just got back from the range and I took my buddy's Bulgarian Makarov (I'd never actually shot one and wanted to try out) and my suppressed LMT MARS with super safety. Luckily I shot the LMT last; if I had to fight my way out of Black Mesa with the Mak I'd be a goner.

In the sissified German version those guys are metallic green robots with an orange, cyclopean eye. I had no idea they were actual soldiers in the original version and was left wondering why a robot would leave a graffito with a spelling error in that one cell.

But the fun thing is, those robots are actually stronger than the HECU themselves, since they had more health and they would explode(thus giving dmg) when they die.

You can still play against them on Sven Coop.

Uberti 1875 repro in .357

Reloads are a bit slow, but considering how ridiculously much damage .357 does in game and how terrible the ai pathing was, I think I have a chance.

Higher magazine capacity and also the Black Mesa security forces have a shitload of 9mm sitting around where as they'd likely have less .50 AE.

Yes, got it in a good sale from PSA. Works like a dream so far, though I haven’t given it too much stress of the desert heat yet. Hopefully it wouldn’t be fried from the residence cascade
