Possibly, but at the same time its kinda clickbait to treat it as a SOF problem. Fort Bragg is massive, its 250 square miles and houses anywhere from 40-60k people depending on what's going on, including 82nd airborne and a whole aviation brigade. Socom is based there sure, but they're a minority of the personnel. And that's not counting the 200k people just a few miles up the road in Fayetteville, which is a violent shithole compared to the rest of NC.
