If you are a firearms collector, sure. If you just want an AUG to shoot, no. Money is better spent on a new AUG, optics, mags, and a couple thousand rounds. Toss on a suppressor too and still be under the $4k price.

Thats an M1 with detachable optic. A1 rifles had the optic built into the receiver.
