in the small rural town i grew up in, two of the local cops were infamous for hanging around the middle school and trying to pressure eleven year old girls into sucking them off in their cruiser. anyone who complained to the department found themselves getting pulled over and searched twice on the way to work and three times on the way home every day. eventually it made the newspaper in the city and as soon as a million people knew about it, they vanished and the department had some serious leadership changes.
