Professional grade jammers make homemade radio-controlled drones useless in a multi-km bubble. It's fiber optic or nothing for insurgencies. So basically a return to GWOT lol. Wire controlled bombs or autonomous (pressure plate) bombs, except now they fly.

Cheap AA RWSs are coming out but I don't think the UN or whoever will pay for those.
