What if power armor was real and rated for up to shrapnel from a 155 five meter away and still keep on moving, And it allowed your soldiers to run up to 80kmh on their own while carrying an heavy machinegun, ammo to spare and other shit, with integrated sensor and boosted vision and thermals and all those cool Things

At 5 meters the air blast of a 155 or anti-tank mine would still kill them. Armor that good would be amazing for CQB against browns, but it wouldn't save you from drones because a 1kg EFP will still punch a fist sized hole though the thickest part from 20 meters away.

So the answer is it would cause the drone supremacy meta you were probably hoping it would prevent. Everyone would spam lots of drones to counter these super-armors, and EFP drones don't kill unarmored humans any differently so it wouldn't take long before elite special forces started ditching the heavy armor which was unable to protect them from the main threat.

But sadly the power armor would get mogged by far less cool non-manned vehicles.

That's like adding an extra paper plate to your armor and saying now it's thicker. You're getting splatted regardless. It's probably worse actually since janky Slavic FPVs give a chance while gold-plated milspec Western autonomous kamikaze swarms specifically designed to rape power armor won't.
