And if they already have Hypersonics, why also build subsonic stealth missiles? Aren't they like a downgrade?

And why do they also use unpowered hypersonic boost glide missiles if they already have scramjets?

One answer would be to use all of them at the same time to overwhelm enemy defenses, since either of these missiles require a different interceptor to counter, as everyone is coming at a different trajectory and engagement envelope.
