1. Thats the worst fucking chart I've seen since Nvidia's Turing launch
2. I don't even juice or work out regularly and can 2x bw dl 5 rep

Assume supported. What gets me is the 5 Mile man carry. If they are using a real person that is worse for the carried than the carrier.
And the swimming. >150' without surfacing

Boby builders / gym junkies have burst strength but their endurance is a joke, anyone working a physical job in construction will overtake a big lad by the 60 minute mark.
>>64151098 >only 5-4 seconds
That's a fucking mile-wide gap in 100m terms. For reference, the state qualifying standard for the high school boys' 100m in my nearly empty backwater Midwestern state is 11.44s.
Hike 50 miles with a 50 pound pack before uttering the word "fitness" in any combat context. Nobody gives a fuck how much you can lift. Nature sure as shit doesn't care, that is why humans, the dominant species on the planet, have uniquely underdeveloped upper body strength. That is what actually works in real life.
>>64152393 >uhhhh exercise in a gym doesn't matter! the only exercise that is practical is the kind you do in the woods on your (parent's) land while wearing milsurp and carrying a rifle!
you are not a warrior, the SHTF will not happen and you need to stop banking on it happening and improving your life.
/k/ can't be /fit/ because the clothes needed to conceal carry are shit for moving your body. If you can't comfortably squat and run a 5k in your everyday clothes then they suck.

I grouse hunt on mountain tops because that's where they hang out. Our mountains start at sea level and go to 4000 feet at about an average of 32 degrees unless you want to waste a day zig zaging.

Worth checking out the video in full. It's not about a given lift in isolation. It's assessment of various bench marks to assess training that just so happens to use standard gym equipment. About being good at everything. I think its pretty good. Perhaps not perfect but you can make your own informed by your own goals.
> broad jump (total distance in inches, minus height - +12/+24) > bench press body weight 10/15/20 > pull ups bodyweight 10/15/20 > trap DL 5 reps 1.5x/1.75x/2x bw > plank 2/2.5/3 mins > farmers walk bw 175/225/250ft > 800m run 3.15/3/2.45 minutes/seconds
>>64150742 >Handstand pushups >50 >Handstand >45 seconds
What? >Five Mile Jog >Finish
Kek what the fuck? 4 mile runs are a daily thing on Ft Bragg >300 yard shuttle >47.5 seconds
This seems kinda nuts unless Iām missing something. Tyreek Hills one of the fastest players in the history of the NFL and his 100 meter in college was 10 seconds.

I guess it depends on what the definition of shuttle run is. Is it standardized? Are there multiple? I wouldn't know, the only sport I ever played was ice hockey and all of our practices were on ice.
