You should pick up a cheap spotting scope(75x or more magnification) and just try getting 1" groups at 100 yards.
Hang multiple targets, dirty birds or shoot-n-sees, and use the spotting scope so you don't have to keep walking down to see it.
Also shoot from a rest, get the handgaurd on a sandbag or rock even.
Put your support arm on the bottom of the buttstock, use the left arm to support the buttstock.
Be prepared to shoot a lot of rounds if necessary to see the pattern in the groupings...
Hell even shoot at the berm to see where the splashes are landing in relation to the optic.

The 2 MOA dot of an Aimpoint Pro covers the entire target at 200 yards for me.
Always shoot your LPVO at the highest magnification as well.

I have a magpul bipod (laugh if you want) and I shot at rest. I paid $50 for a somewhat decent pair of binoculars to see my shots. I don’t have a problem aiming necessarily, it’s just zeroing at longer distances is my problem. Also, I’m on the east coast, I can only shoot at private/commercial ranges. I’m not too worried though.
