If we assumed a duel beetwen a guy in a f16(with the latest EW upgrades) vs someone flying a F35.
And the F16 has a very experienced pilot flying 5ft from the surface.
And the F35 has to search for the F16.
How big of a difference is there assuming the both get the same type of missiles?

The F-16 will not be able to detect the F-35 before it's been shot down.

Ground clutter only works when you're trying to defeat a missile which will try and lead your trajectory and have its arc enter the ground or momentarily lose lock and overshoot

A modern AESA radar can see you now matter how close you are to the ground

>AESA radar
But wont the f35 out itself by blasting radar like when Submarines blast sonar?

Sure, the F-16 would know the moment it's spiked but by then it's probably already been launched upon. Even if it got to launch at the F-35, the F-35 would most likely be at a much higher altitude with more options to defend against a missile fighting gravity.

So if they were at the same altitude they would end up shooting each other snd dying both if they are in their missile lethal doom(certain death) range?

The odds still favor the F-35 obviously because of it's stealth but get close enough and you can eventually get a lock or get even into Fox 2 range

Are you that bookfag? Everyone already answered you last time. The F35 pilot has to be a gigantic retard. He has to waste his missiles by firing them from too far away or something, and then leave his radar on so the F16 can find him.

Are there ARM missiles made to be used against AWACs?

All modern FOX2 can kind of do it you faggot frogposter. It's called lock on jam. A fairly generic strategy is to fire two fox 2s, the first SARH, the second lock on jam. If the target is forced to jam to try to notch or evade, the second retains a lock. The problem with your ideas is that an F16 can't force an F35 to turn its jammer or even radar on. The F35 gets to decide when to do those things, so it can just wait until it has the F16 in its NEZ and the F16 doesn't have the ability to go nose on and release weapons, and kill it.

Go and play some DCS or watch some DCS vids or something until you get a general idea.

the F-16 will only receive a RWR return and won't even know the F-35 fired on him until the last phase of the flight.

What if the F-35 accidentally says “Fox-3” over the intercom and the F-16 hears it?

He can save himself by following that he simply saw 3 foxes fly by and told him what the fox said.
