Why would you be thinking about getting a Turkish p99 clone that nobody has heard about, at least get the canik, that one's has been around for awhile and it's surprisingly OK
>>64164775
its seems to me like better version of glock , i saw a guy with Canik Sfx Rival Chrome version with red dot it was beautiful and had good sound my main concern is durability tho
>>64164807
Well, it's not, it's yet another P99 clone, turkey really like those for some reason, at least this time they left out the decocker unlike the first gen canik
>>64164807 >I think that this pot metal basic handgun that no one has heard about from a developing country famous for making shotguns that last for less than a 100 rounds is better than the Austrian gold standard of defensive handgun
Also, what the fuck does it mean that a handgun "sounds good"?
>>64164743 (OP) >Serial number done by dot pen
It's like one of those bootleg guns that popped up in Syria after the fall of the regime, why the fuck does anyone bother importing this shit? It better be like a 100 bucks NIB

I might be kinda autist and i only tried half dozen of different pistols but some handguns has better sound to me when shooting like more non metalic

Caliber and ammo will have a greater effect on the report that a gun makes than materials or other characteristics of the gun, as long as it's not ported or has a comp

JFC, what is this thread, if you are on a budget, get a used gun, get a surplus one, a police trade in, but for the love of god, stop scraping the bottom of the barrel
>>64164743 (OP)
I refuse to spend money on mystery meat turkroach guns. If I wanted to buy a bottom of the barrel 9 I'd get a Hi-point, at least they're proven to be tougher than shit and hard to kill.

I mean mechanically, I can see that they pretty much copied the back strap system of the VP9 and general aesthetic, but they put it together the only way the known how
>>64165238
NTA but I've heard good things about the thunder 9 series.
Well, when I hear anything at all, it's almost never talked about for better or worse.
I only care because it's P88 based and that's not something you see very often

The SarP8L that I bought for $250 feels like I committed highway robbery. Looks great, feels great, shoots great, high capacity. It's my main sidearm.
>>64166078 >MECHANICALLY
I don't give a fuck about whether it looks like a VP9 or a piece of limburger cheese, I'm talking about the mechanical design, the spring and lever that make the thing work, I don't understand what a link to IMFDB is going to accomplish in this discussion
