I've got 930 rounds through it of mostly 124gr FMJ and like 150 rounds of hollow points, most being Winchester white box 115gr jhps (100) and then a box of my carry leftovers throughout the years of mostly Winchester pdx-1, but also some hornady 147gr xtps, like 10 sig vcrowns that I think were 115gr. I shot them through the three factory MKE mags it came with. The gun is factory stock minus a new handguard and brace. I was fully expecting to have to replace the guts with HK parts, as a lot of people online have had some problems. I even allocated my budget for the next few paychecks to save up for any parts I need to make one big order from hkparts, since they rape your ass on shipping.
It has had zero malfunctions.
It surprised me so much that now that budget is being allocated for a leber v2 lower with a super safety and slip trip. This is a sample size of one, but the ap5 has surprised the shit out of me.
