I don't know if the guy had always had his gun out; he's standing behind the car door for a long time so I'm going to say he probably did. That said the lady was a full retard for not just trying to end an argument by pulling a gun, but leaving and coming back with a gun. In a legal situation I think that basically fucks her, regardless if the guy had a gun, because she could've fucking just left and stayed in the house, and instead *chose* to bring out her gun first.

That's a good point. So both participants would claim stand your ground then. I just want to see who is considered in the wrong by the law here (despite both parties being in the wrong with their shitty behavior), but I can't seem to find this case at all. Other guy could still get charged, perhaps felon in possesion, disturbing the peace, traffic violations but the shoot itself is solid defense. Those last few shots after she dropped the gun could fuck him. Especially if he has a violent record or is in the commission of another crime while doing it.

Whoever told you that is a dumbass. During that whole trial the prosecution never manage to establish a self defense theory for any of the attackers, especially after he took flight. They merely claimed the mob as a whole chased him down to disarm him because they thought he was a mass shooter but that whole thing collapsed the minute it was pointed out mass shooters dont go to the police and dont just stop shooting people when they get approached.
