>Has very good relationship with both Russia and the West
>Has access to both russian and western weapon systems
>Has worked with both Russia and the West on joint weapon development projects multiple times
So why is Indian weapon development so shit? You would think that they would pick and choose the best of both worlds and leverage their good relationships for IP transfer. Or that they would be able to reserve engineer both Russian and western weapon designs at their leisure. But instead of the best of both worlds, it's like they have the worse of both worlds instead, expensive and yet ineffective. You would think that they would at least be able to do better than China at least, considering that China doesn't have good relations with the West or Russia regarding arm sales and IP theft.
