You can really fucking tell that whoever made that graph (regardless of what country "Visual Capitalist" is registered in) is Indian.

I pick China.
I convince the countries of Iran, Afghanistan and Myanmar to help me and let me deploy my forces along the borders they share with India and Pakistan. I don't immediately attack India and Pakistan and quickly but quietly build garrisons in key areas.
I would start the culling with air raids on military targets to take out the small handfull of aircraft they have. Anti air fire will probably be an issue but shouldn't be too hard to deal with. After that I would blow up bridges, highways and mountain passes to make escape by car impossible, forcing the jeets to go on foot. I would then deploy heavily concentrated nerve agents into all the bodies of water I can find, then crop dust a majority of the country with aerosolized nerve agents and other chemical weapons.
Even with Chinas large number of troops occupying a stretch of land thats around 2000 miles in length would be almost impossible, so I would concentrate my ground forces in areas that would see the most foot traffic by jeets trying to escape and patrol the other harder to reach areas in places like the mountains with lightly armed UAV's to take out smaller congregations of jeets thinking that they are being sneaky.
I would have my navy patrol the waters about 10 miles off the coast of india and pakistan to blow up any shitty rafts and boats trying to get out. All the jeets that are in the water will be left to drown.
After the borders are contained and no jeets can easily get out, I would continue dropping chemical weapons onto the whole country. After about 5 years I would send in ground troops from Afghanistan eastward to slowly clear all the land of Pakistan and India for any stragglers that have somehow managed to survive till now.
