This is the actual problem. Cadian gear and standards are the most common not because it's necessarily the best, but because it's the easiest to adopt and also because of the prestige that Cadians had. Many other Guard regiments style of doing things are prohibitively difficult to adopt. Look at the Firstborn, or the Catachan. You're some planetary governor somewhere, and you know that the harvest requires you to turn over dudes with a certain amount of training, and kit. Now, you could absolutely do some homegrown shit, but that's going to probably result in AdMech screeching due to their autism. Or you could simply adopt the ubiquitous standards of the Cadians and call it a day. They're basically the copycat legions of 40k. Granted, that's the lore reason (and it does make a certain amount of sense) but we all know the actual reason is that GW doesn't want to support 30 different regiment types and their associated models. It's easier to just focus on Cadians in the same way that everyone is Primaris now (except GK's).

I can kinda get most of these, but the Necron slow and steady approach doesn't fit the US. When the Americans move, they fucking -move.- I'd also say the Russians really do live up to the Ork title than the Indians do at this point, even with all the USSR to Imperium parallels.

US=Tau (Extreme emphasis on precision fires, mobility, and casualty avoidance, can honestly apply this to any sufficiently western military)
Europe=Deldar? (Extremely light these days, mostly high quality and mobility stuff, Sork marines have a larger arty pool than the entirety of France currently, etc)
Russia=Orks (Equal parts mentally retarded expendable infantry swarms and makeshift/looted/antique equipment)
China=Imperial Guard, desu (Heavily mechanized and land-based with mostly antique equipment with new stuff entering service, quality questionable but possibly okay)
India=uhhh Imperial Guard but with Severan Dominant flavoring, I guess? (Same as above, lots of antiques but without the new production)
Middle East=Chaos (Kinda fits, but could just as well be orks gameplay-wise, both are a mix of tard infantry and old armor with that 'herding retarded cats' mentality to actually do anything, only difference is that everyone in that region thinks they pull the strings)
Japan=Craftworlders (In their own little isolated bubble, high quality yet antique equipment, no numbers, no taste for conflict, have only deployed small highly-trained infantry groups in extreme situations so far)
Sorks= Iunno, Space Marines for lack of a better option I guess? (Westernized, has a lot of antique equipment, rolls way heavier than Japan for the most part, fully intends to fight an old-fashioned mechanized war)
