You've just been assigned to take part in a Special Military Operation to liberate the Land of Oz from the oppression of the Wicked Witch of the West and rescue Judy Garland before the drugs and alcohol ruin her. Your enemy includes, but is not limited to, her army of flying monkeys and green-skinned not-witch goons. The Witches of the North and South and Oz won't be helping you, but you can recruit the Munchkins as indigenous allies.

You may bring any infantry kit from any era you want, from the Spartans of 300 to the Spartans of Halo, but no form of motorized or wheeled transport. Horses may be permitted depending on the kit.

Modern Standard would probably do it, with a few more shotguns to shoot down the Flying Monkeys.
I can accept no motorized vehicles, but with the presence of the Wheelers, I think I should be allowed Bicycles.
